the reception staff were warm and welcoming. Room basic but good. However...Foxtel had taken over tv so no connection to ABC news and SBS patchy, only rubbish, unverified MURDOCH NEWS so no TV for me. when our National broadcaster is drowned by CNNBC and SKY it's a bad, bad day for anyone with a brain. Also, offering a meal to heat in microwave was awful, the salad was nice! The rest was really awful, didn't work, would have chosen just the salad had I known. Without a car I had no other choice and that was no good. Would not stay there again because of that.

Two downers were that the hot water was nearly non-existent and was told this couldn’t be changed. Also we booked for people to sleep on sofa bed but no extra bedding was left for it

This is a great place the stay, friendly staff, great facilities, clean and frensh. The only downside is the traffic noise as it is on a busy road.

Everyone was great. Very friendly. Clean comfortable room. Safe and in walking distance to train. Only issue was therr is not a transport to the hotel- obly back to airport, so this needs to be made clearer on website. Overall no issues.

I didn’t like that a shuttle to the airport wasn’t available as stated in the description. The drainage in the shower was slow and wetted the entire floor outside the shower.

The property was very neat and tidy, and I'd probably stay here again. Unfortunately, we didn't get the beds we asked for, but the little fella was happy enough to curl up on the couch. Was also rather surprised to find a mini bar occupying the fridge in the apartment. Glad the kids realised it had to be paid for before they demolished it.

The ground floor unit was a big improvement over the first floor unit we stayed in the week prior; in terms of space, cleanliness, fridge not leaking, noise and outside light blocking. I was surprised that the airport transfer (free service offered) was cancelled over the whole Easter weekend. The free airport transfer was a reason we booked to stay here the night before our airline flight home.

We had 2 rooms. Our room was ok but our daughter room was terrible. Had large brown stains on the carpet and bedspread. The bathroom had mould in the shower recess and the shower head. Our daughter came in and showered in our room. The staff did change the bedspread.
