They used to have an excellent breakfast, no breakfast now. Also, we arrived for an early check-in but had to wait 4 hours for a room. surely, knowing that we were there they could have had one available sooner. The receptionist had an attitude of not seeming to care. (and we have used this hotel almost every year for 25 years.Not any more).

Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room! Comfy firm bed. Excellent shuttle service. The room felt "luxurious" to me. Nice "kitchen" area, with strict clean-up policy posted! Small fridge. Clean shower and bathroom area.

I did not like that there was no quilt, but just a thin bed cover that looked like it needed a wash. Shower had mould around the door seals. The room smelt very strongly of disinfectant. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the shuttle to the airport was very flexible and prompt.

Room was not clean, comforter, carpet, furniture, and headboard had visible stains and other people's hair all over. Room was in need of renovation and had damage obviously painted over. Bathroom/shower was not super clean either and smelled like sewer gas. Wifi password was not provided on check in and reception closes at 8pm so there was nobody to talk to. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was convenient, the vehicle was older and not the nicest but it was still good and the driver was very nice. Be aware there is no airport pickup service, just a drop off and you need to book 24hrs in advance. Overall this place was a fair bit cheaper than other options near the airport and the check in staff were friendly but I would probably avoid staying here again. Great Indian restaurant across the street and a cool brewery about 500m away!

Perfect for an overnight

Arrived into Brisbane late after reception had closed but the intercom & key safe was very easy to use & find. Room was comfortable & well appointed. Be aware the Shuttle is only TO the airport in the morning until 10.30am, but very efficient & handy.

Suite life!

Lovely welcoming staff. Great amenities in the Queen suite - even had a private pool for sole use of our Suite 226. Shame about the Spa bath in bathroom not working 😔. Very clean & great cleaning staff 😀
