Property was perfectly located for our stay. Rooftop bar was a bonus and we loved having a drink there on several occasions. Access to transport was great and to the riverfront as well. Loved it!

Overall it was find and a great location in the valley, near story bridge and to bats on James St. staff were friendly. Tried room service once but nobody answered so I gave up. Went to the roof top restaurant on a Sunday night for dinner. Food wasn’t great and I had to chase staff for me drinks order and the second time, they got it wrong. Was also a bit put off I was seated near a loud table with an excessively intoxicated woman was dancing. There were other tables further away. Aside from the restaurant I’d recommend the hotel

I don’t quite like the artwork hanging in the room or the bathroom, too many eyes staring at me and it feels judgmental. The floor is very dusty, we got black feet from walking around barefoot. The shower walls look either mouldy or dirty on the bottom. I like the interior style otherwise. Very convenient location, fancy lobby, friendly staff.

Great location and overall good property. Just not a great smell (like sewerage) smelt as soon I walked into the room. Headed out pretty much straight away to my event and could smell it again when I got back late that night. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. Very comfy bed, pillows and super clean. Thanks!
