This was a roach infested dump. We only booked this place for a short overnight stay because of an early flight so it was simply not worth the hassle trying to change rooms at 1 am (we were leaving at 5 am) but I have never stayed in a worse property. The front desk was completely useless. All they did was apologize and ask why I didn’t contact housekeeping. I even showed them the pictures. Don’t stay here!

Very convenient to the Domestic Airport (you can walk to the hotel). Shuttle service ($8) to the International and worth it at 4:45AM! There needs to be more towel racks in the bathroom. The air conditioning needs to blow somewhere else than on my head while in bed. Great view of the city from our window. The dinner and breakfast at the on site restaurant was very good and convenient.

Very Convenient

Very convenient for a quick weekend in Brisbane. There is a good terminal transfer bus operating most of the time and the hotel is a very short walk from the domestic terminal.

Was a decent hotel! Outdated but clean!! Matresses can be changed to make the stay more comfortable! Convenience is a big plus, you can walk to and from aeroport or you can take shuttle for $8 or taxi. Breakfast can improve in selections and a good coffee should be offered for free not for extra money since you pay good money for breakfast. For coffee lovers this is a big disappointment!! Hope they will improve!
