The property is nice and clean and well located for the Airport and the Cruise Terminal, it does suffer from road noise though. Staff are lovely and friendly.

There was construction on the main floor during the day, but area was kept clean and clear and noise stopped by late afternoon. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

It was close to the airport for an overnight transit. Clean and comfortable space to rest before flight. Checking in process could have been improved with credit card details and PIN number provided well in advance.

Late arrival due to flight times. Complex key retrieval process due to the need to make a phone call and then use 1 of 2 safes. In the morning all of the team we dealt with were exceptional, offering us breakfast options near the hotel. Would stay there again, without question.

OK stay, renovations underway so dusty. Staff very friendly, room and cleanliness ok. Bed comfortable. Close to restaurants and river; safe and easy walking. Liked the shuttle to the airport. lots of parking. Would stay there again once renovations completed.
