Easy check in. Parking was simple and a spot was assigned so no need to fight for parking. Plenty of food and shopping close by. Room was quiet and comfortable even though it was right next to the elevator. Good quality appliances. Dishwasher was pretty dirty and couch was broken. Bed was pretty comfy but the two singles weren’t connected properly so the bed drifted apart during the night. Check out was simple.

Great location, great service

The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The amenities were excellent. Lovely views from the rooftop. The location was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend Kooii to any and every one.

Great area for night life and food. Close to CBD. Could improve on the type of linen, the base sheet didn’t even cover the mattress. The shower leaked badly into bathroom which in turn saturated the bath mat. Would stay again if in the area.

I found dirty used towels in the bathroom. Dusty. Never enough washing detergent/something to clean the kitchen surfaces with or rubbish bags. More than happy to leave things in pristine condition, but it helps to have the right tools to do that. Some additional directions about reaching the venue from the train station would have been greatly appreciated as there was a very short cut to the property which I realised much later after dragging luggage 100s of metres. The venue was very noisy on the Friday and Saturday night with a pub and night club across the road - although that didn't bother us too much - as the music was good. The staff at reception were excellent though and helpful and accommodating. Just a shame I walked in to find dirty laundry and some other aspects just not properly cleaned and set up. Would I stay there again - probably as the location overall was excellent.

Very friendly staff. Room got upgraded upon check in. Room was nice & clean and had beautiful views. Apartment was close to shops, restaurant & train station. Was a very lovely stay to unwind after a busy weekend.

Beautiful apartment hotel

Wonderful hotel apartment. Central location. Great apartment that had large kitchen. Nice views, clean and comfortable. Be aware there’s no room service for a week. The shower has issues flooding the bathroom but there’s a drain. Would definitely stay there in Brisbane again.
