Very Good

The room was nice, warm and cozy, also slept like a baby the bed is comfortable. Did come across a couple of cockaroaches but besides that the room was lovely. The receptionist + staffs are absolutely lovely and welcoming. The carpark is very tight to get through and out more suitable for smaller cars than normal or medium sized cars, also trying to find a spot for guest was hard since majority of parks are reserved or private parking but the good note is they directed us to carpark spots if there isn't any left on site. Overall we enjoyed our stay, close by to clubs etc and right next to the shops. The veiw in our room from the window was absolutely beautiful. Do recommend for anyone wanting to do a solo or going with a partner stay for a holiday or to just get away. Pricing of the place is worth it too and absolutely cheap especially for one night.
Parking is their biggest issue for guests. Seems as thought they are all taken up by Permanent residents.??? Shouldn't there be a space for at least each unit. Do a lot of the permanents have more than one car Also car spaces were very tight. We did not park in the car park there but listening to a lot of our friends who also stayed there, as we had a venue to go to down at Grove, they were quite disgusted, It is as if car park spaces would only take a 3 cylinder car or less.
I booked for five people as in five adults got given a room with one double bed and one king bed had to ring and request a rollout bed because nothing else was available there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms, we had no towels. The place was dated and cramped considering what we paid. To be for the staff member that was trying to correct all the wrongs was doing really well and very helpful. The rest of the staff look like they didn’t even want to be there.
Expensive room and for actual standard expected is below average due to condition. Drains in bathroom emitted foul smell which filled the room. Dirty walls and floor and overall building quality is below an acceptable level. Also ventilation in bathroom is non existent and Lord knows how it passed inspection.
Overall not a good hotel experience in ways of living. Service was excellent and at least they have good staff 10/10 to them. Owner needs to stop trying to line his pockets and fix the existing issues.
I called in advance for an early check in, was unavailable on the day.
We ended up checking in at 10-11pm after an event and it was very difficult as there was no reception and everything was via phone. Unfortunately there were a few of us who had the same issue and it was very clunky and we were waiting for accesses and a couple of room keys were mixed up amongst the other guests.
No restaurant available as it was shut on the day. Car park is a nightmare. I don’t recommend driving in and trying to navigate the car park if you have anything bigger than a hatch.
The property on level 22 the food smell in our room is so strong all day and night, feels that the room in a kitchen with non stop cooking, also parking in building is very bad, very very narrow and you need to be really careful otherwise you will scratch your car.
The room was neat clean and just what we needed for our overnight stay. But that damn carpark! Pull your mirrors in and be prepared to have a couple of goes to get though the skinny pathways littered with obtrusive columns!

Liked: Staff & service
This property is tired. While the room was a generous size and the bed was comfortable, the furniture was old and everything seemed run down. For what we were charged, we felt that we didn't come close to getting value for money.
Clean room. Just wasn't aware of the $200 security deposit that they ask for when you get there and when you leave they only deposit it within 3 days. When travelling can be inconvenient if not made aware. Also left my medication in the hotel and they said they would post it to me but I would have to pay the postage which just altogether was bad service. Also the cafe entry point we're strange we had to order outside like walk around the whole thing even though we were a guest. Bit confusing.
The restaurant was under renovation & price of room was expensive for the outdated apartments and limited facilities. It really needs a revamp! I won't be staying again!
All good except for the blockout curtains which weren’t wide enough to block out the sunlight!
My wife also prefers flexible shower heads rather than the traditional fixed ones.
