Small rooms but comfortable

Rooms are comfortable but small, more like an Ibis. Furnishings feel very dated, although rooms are well-maintained. Storage space is very limited. Most Mantra properties offer apartments, this one does not. Despite what the TV menu advises, the hotel hasn't offered meals or breakfast since 2020. The O-Bar & café doubles as hotel reception. It only offers pastries and pre-packaged sandwiches. The "Jak & Hill Café" next door offers good à la carte breakfast options and other meals, 7 days per week. Most other cafés in this area are closed on Sundays. Its a short walk to Central Station and Queen St Mall.

My room facing the street was quiet and had lots of light coming in. Great shower and comfy bed. Staff were helpful. I enjoyed the location as it was so easy to walk to Central station to connect with the airport train. Just a short walk down Edward st to access the main hubs of the city. Would stay again.

Staff at reception were terrible made me pay $30 for parking when I’d parked my car for 7$ I still haven’t got my deposit back yet n it’s been over a week… Hotel room smelt damp n mouldy the shower leaked & shot water onto the roof

Location, and economicsl pricing.acceptable, though due to change of ownership and management- housekeeping substandard even for a 3 star hotel- ..did not receive housekeeping to make clean room 3 nights out of my 9 nights stay. And one day a full rubbish bag left in room.

Centrally located stay in Spring Hill

4/5 Pleasing This property is within walking distance of Central Station and Queen Street Mall. You can also walk to Chinatown Mall and Fortitude Valley in under 30 minutes. The room and common areas were clean, quiet, and staff were hospitable. They held my personal belongings for a few days while I flew to Sydney. I originally booked my stay for two nights but decided to extend my booking by an additional night after returning to Brisbane before flying home.

One of my bad selection of hotel

I booked breakfast for my stay, while i was told by hotel they do not serve breakfast. Room was very very small Coffee make with full of dust, like never cleaned
