Avoid staying there
The absolute worse and reporting the staff to Accor HQ in France. We tried to pay cash at the “cashless hotel” and front desk manager would not let us speak to general manager and threatened repeatedly to evict us from the hotel. Unacceptable behavior which we cannot condone. Restaurant is slow and closed at 8:30 and we had to insist on getting desert as the staff was ready to close but we had waited over 30 minutes for the main course. I would avoid staying there at all cost and front desk manager should not be working there with such a despicable and shocking attitude.

Each visit has reinforced my choice due to its location, parking, dining options, and proximity to my required business locations. The service is always professional and accommodating, making my stays comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel's location and walkability to key business areas is a significant advantage, saving me time and reducing the stress of commuting in the city. One suggestion I have that would enhance my experience even further is the implementation of a system to recognise returning guests. Being welcomed back and acknowledged as a repeat customer during check-in would add a personal touch to the experience. Overall, I recommend this hotel for business travellers. It consistently meets my needs and expectations, and I look forward to my future stays.
