Great. But?
I would like Hotels to be more up front when they are an all digital business. The property was great and they tried really hard with pre arrival communications. The only let down was finding the place as signage wasnt brillliant, and booking parking was too hard so i had to give up and pay full price. Next time would be a breeze but for newbies, just dont be in a hurry.

Great pool deck but Flexipass app is hit and miss.
A great location with plenty of amenities nearby but not easy to find the actual entry to the apartment. Gaining access wasn't a great start to the stay - the app + code (no reception) did not work at all for the entire stay to enter the building. Had to call the booking Rambla help desk to get a punch in code to be able to get into the building. Fortunate that we were there during business hours to be able to call someone. The apartment was nice, although a little small. The dark kitchen while moody and edgy, makes the apartment look even smaller. Convenient to have a full kitchen. Good shower pressure. Bed was a little firm. The pool was the drawcard though - fantastic view, couches beside the pool ,although the ones on the lower level were torn and in need of repair. The infinity style of the pool is lovely but at the end near the sauna, it smelt mouldy. And the spa was out of service for our 3 day stay.

The app didn't work for me, so checking in was frustrating but they had physical key fobs available in a lock box. The lack of housekeeping mid-stay meant that supplies ran out quickly and were not regularly replenished, but a text to the digital concierge fixed that. The room was compact but had all the mod cons. The internet was good, and we had a nice view over the nearby rooftops. Having a Woolworths and choices for dining within the square was a definite plus. Beyond the square, there are limited options, but most of our needs were met in the square. I'd stay here again. It was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.

Long complicated process to book and then when you arrive the no staff/all via your phone just does not work. Had to call to get in main door, had to call to get an override code for the lift, had to call the property and the car park operator because the numberplate recognition did not work. The unit is okay apart from road noise and no coffeemaker of any kind.

Business trip south of the river.
Once I found the entrance everything was a breeze. The key app worked well the apartment was clean and well equipped. Bring your Netflix password as the TV only uses apps. Close to plenty of food & retail, transport options too.

Absolutely lovely to stay there. Got give a child’s bed for my baby though - I did state he was a baby, that wasn’t the best idea. But overall very lovely, needs a place for showers can go, me and my partner had to take turns going downstairs and back up because of bubs and no smoking on the balcony.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff and team were very lovely. They made my husband’s birthday special with the bottle of red wine and free cinema tickets they gave to us. That was really sweet of them! We also really enjoyed the pool and sauna. Would visit again whenever I’m in Brissy 😊

We only stayed for one night, so we bo booked a less expensive room. The room itself was comfortable, however, the noise level from the road, kept us awake. Given the level of outside and roadway noise, it does not appear the glass facing the roadway has been sufficiently noise proofed.
