The property is old but tidy, room comfortable except my room was at the of the balcony and did not have any windows. The only fresh air available was to leave the door open which views along the balcony and does not have an insect screen. The air conditioner was an old rattly single unit in the bathroom. Communications are terrible, I sent messages via email and expedia and never received a reply.

This hotel was cute. I was able to drop my bags early prior to check in which is always appreciated. Not too much activity in the area as it is very residential but the convenience of the kitty cat ferry was great!

I didn’t realise how budget this facility was. Could not open any windows, in fact there were no windows in living space. Floors dirty and dusty. I don’t like giving bad reviews however this was worst place I’ve stayed.

Exceptional service under short notice
Thank you soo much on an exceptional service. Made a last minute booking for my mum and sister and was able to get a hold of someone that was able to get a late check in organized. On top of that a courtesy airport service which arrived on time. They will be sure to use your services again when they pass by Brisbane again. THANK YOU!
