Great hotel right next to Tivoli
Decorative pillows needed to be cleaned, but apart from that everything else was great about the room. Perfect if you're seeing a show at the Tivoli

One person on front counter at check in at 2.30pm. Clogged drop off transit area, double parked on street. Then told by reception that oh the parking well, it is a bit busy today due to caravan show. You are welcome to walk through and see if you can find a park. Otherwise go find another parking facility further away. Fore warning this could be the case would of been appreciated, especially when i rang the day before to confirm the parking position for your establishment. Price for the room i think was totally over the top. Room very unpleasant to stay in, air conditioning in room and also outside room very uncomfortable. Price

Nice modern rooms. Quiet facility. Great restaurant options around. A bigger kitchenette with more fridge space (or less minibar items) and a toaster would be good. Cutlery and drinking cups would be good also.
