We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable. Great location to restaurants on South Bank. Minutes to the river walk and pools. Nice to have a balcony to enjoy our morning coffee or you could also sit at the very comfortable patio area, by pool. We were on second floor and still had a nice view of the streets and pool area.

Something in the booking through the wotif app didn’t go through to the motel, I had my receipt and booking number, staff were helpful, apologetic and ensured our booking went through and booked us a room so we also didn’t have to wait until 3pm to check in. Very helpful, very friendly, and the motel was in a great location

Great hotel in a great location. Staff was tip-top & hotel kept in great conditon. Special kudos to both the manager who offered us an upgraded room because we had a leaky sink faucet (we declined the move but I appreciated his concern for enhacing our stay) and for the tall gentleman who fixed the leak problem. He was pleasant, very focused on resolving the problem quickly, diagnosed & quickly fetched the part, left the work space clean and was out in less than 30 minutes ... great job.
