Fantastic one night stay. Comfortable beds. Very clean room. Polite and helpful staff. Fantastic buffet breakfast with pretty much anything you’d like to eat. Convenient to Central Station for trains. Would stay there again.

Wonderful hotel in a very central location. It’s next door to the central train station and easy to walk anywhere within CBD. Excellent customer service. The breakfast is exceptional and like the wise dinner buffer (little on the expensive side).

Showing its age. Very cortesia staff, nice pool area and spa, convenient to walk around and parking available. My bed broke as the supporting wheel snapped when I first touched it … so had to move rooms after unpacking- didn’t even get an upgrade for the trouble. The breakfast was ok but the bread was stale

The room we stayed in was run down, there was mouldy smell, bathroom was not cleaned properly even though we had wait nearly an hour to get the room. Pillows had stains on them. No ideal with a 7 month old baby. Well below expectations
