The room was dirty and smelly. The check in staff wasn't friendly and happy. I have not seen any welcome signs on the check in manager face. I like the restaurant inside and the location, close to the Shops.

Good good, Convenient transportation，The room is very clean. Although the bathroom is not very new, it is also very clean. There are large shopping malls and many restaurants around the sunny area. There are also many choices for eating and shopping.

The staff were fantastic! Dining was awesome. Rooms are very run down as can be expected for a very old hotel. My main issues were the noise levels from fellow guests to outside noise from the surrounding area. It is just off a very busy road and the rooms are not sound proofed. Room was clean but there was zero cold water pressure in the bathroom basin and shower. Outside the building was not very clean.

Great friendly staff. Close to event we were there for. Such a convenient location and also close to many eateries, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Rooms are very dated and needs upgrading but was comfortable. Thanks

We had a lads week for the magic round and the hotel was exactly what we needed. The rooms were basic but the beds were comfortable, the aircon was great and the staff were amazing Would definitely recommend for a sporting trip or for a cheap alternative

The units are very old and need modernising. There was a lot of noise in the carpark outside my unit one night. One girl talked and laughed for a couple of hours until late Friday night.

The people are lovely and friendly the bed was comfy and room was decent size . The only thing is the rooms could be done up a bit old design building but was fine .
