The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. View from the 17th floor suite (tower 1) was incredible at night. All staff were polite and helpful. The room service food was delicious- great portions and delivered hot. Highly recommend the coffee from the bar in the lobby. Really impressed with the Star Grand, would confidently recommend.

It is hard to overstate how well we were treated at the hotel. We had several problems not related to the hotel and the staff helped us solve all of them with grace. Our room/suite, about 800 sq. Ft., was well appointed and comfortable. We had the breakfast option, which was two courses with somewhat limited options, but they were really delicious - we stayed five nights and tried them all. Due to a cancelled flight, we had to leave the hotel at 4am, the hotel brought us breakfast to our room at 3:30. Very positive experience.
