For people arriving there for the first time, it is difficult to get served because their reception area/office is locked 24/7. Once you check in, you have the key to open, but it can be challenging to access the receptionist if you have just arrived.
It appears that cleaning occurs after you vacate the apartment, not while you are there.
There is no communication, either through a brochure or notice, regarding the services they provide, such as whether toiletries, towels, and linens are changed on a daily, weekly, or not at all.
