Apartment location and floor level etc was excellent. However, It needed a big clean as there were marks still on fridge, cupboards, splash backs, walls, couch etc. Dust and build up throughout apartment. Spiders and spider webs etc. I ended.up.buying cleaning gear and gave the areas we used a good clean.

This is in a good location in the CBD. However, it is very minimalistic in terms of amenities. The carpet was wrinkled everywhere, causing a possible trip hazard. The curtains were falling off their rods in the living area and bedroom. The bathroom had very poor lighting. The kitchen did not provide a coffee press or a Kuerig-type coffee maker. Air conditioner was in good working condition. We probably would not choose to stay here again.

The water pressure in the shower head was too low, the lights in the living room, dining are and kitchen were too dim, the ceiling needed a proper paint over as there was areas that had old paint peeling off.

DO NOT STAY!!! THERE WAS EXTENSIVE MOLD THROUGHOUT THE VENTS. WALLS AND CURTAINS DIRTY. NOTHING EVER MAINTAINED. WASHER AND DRYER DIDNT WORK EITHER.

Room has a large amount of mould on the ceiling. Limited cooking utensils. Bathrooms old and dated. Rooms smelt bad like cigarettes. Air conditioning filters black and mouldy. Not worth the money we paid.

Overall very nice place. Balcony had a nice view, he beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was clean and had everything we needed. They even provided some dishwasher liquid and laundry detergent. Perfect for 2 weeks. Location was great. A couple close train stations, several parks, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops all within a few blocks.

Great place to stay.

I have stayed at Trilogy several times when travelling for business several times. It is within easy walking distance of the CBD. There is are 3 convenience stores, restaurants and hotels nearby. The apartments are very spacious and well maintained. There is a gym, swimming pool and barbecue area as well. Check-in was very quick and the staff were very friendly. I will be back!

great apartment, bit out of the way to get to stuff, be prepared to walk, or drive. our apartment furniture was a bit worn (steel table/coffee table had the plating worn off), the ensuite shower head did not work, and the glass partition for the tub in the main bath was loose and resulted in water all over the floor. just minor maintenance issues that likely no one had told them about. pool was not heated so that REALLY sucked. the water was freezing so the beautiful view of the lit pool at night was a big tease for my kids. ;) apartment was not massive so a bit cramped for our family of 5, but serviceable for a short stay. but, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, beds were comfy, and the size of the balcony was amazing. only communication issue i had was that i went to the office to ask for another sachet of laundry powder, and was told it would be brought to me in the next hour, and that never happened - i ended up buying a bottle of detergent (for one load of laundry). i left a voice message and never got a call back or anything.

Not too bad, but wouldn’t be my first choice.

Air-con not working. Right near ambulance station, and the insulation/sound proofing was not so good so you can hear sirens at all hours. Beds were damaged (aesthetically) so was generally not so appealing. Good location if you don’t mind walking, which we don’t. Free parking was a plus for us. Booked for 5 people but room was only prepared for four. Limited reception hours made having this rectified difficult.
