Flies & Not Clean - Room Number 4
I was booked into Room Number 4 which was billed as a "Superior Lower Deck Double". On entering the room I noticed a small fruit fly, and then another. When I pulled the curtains and put the lights on, I noticed dozens of little flies around the lights. It was a horrible room and not very clean. I complained to receiption and to be fair they moved me to another room pretty quickly, although it wasn't too far away from Number 4. I didn't notice any flies in that room.

Stayed in suite 604, on the 3rd floor, we would definitely stay there again as it felt like a home from home. Very spacious lounge area with kitchenette. The room & bathroom perfect size with Elemis products. Loved all the art work at the hotel.

Served a purpose for a one night stay. Wedding meant no use of bar/restaurant available so felt more of a B&B (but without the breakfast as that would have been extra) Parking £16 from 4pm - 1030am. Had to show them my card transaction to prove I had already paid for parking at check in. Was told it was another £5 to extend for an hour to allow me to grab a coffee. I declined. Bedroom - basic but served it’s purpose. Was quite hot on top floor so had to keep window open.

Wasn't the experience I thought
There was no room service. It was missing tea/ hot chocolate went to the reception to ask for some and they couldn't give me any. I couldn't get a hot drink from the reception. I have a cancer and needed a relaxing stay and I picked this place for the amenities and felt let down. The attitude wasn't great. Also there were a few ants in the bathroom.

Fantastic stay
Beautiful room, gorgeous bathroom and loved all the small touches like free fruit and loose leaf tea. Very comfortable stay, would 10/10 recommend for anyone coming to the area.
