Staff courteous a very nice lad helped me find the reception desk. Took a few rings for someone to come down to book me in. She was nice and helpful. Room smelled of mould but was only staying a night so put up with it. No soaps or toiletries in the bathroom. Dated look to the room. No hairdryer ! Wouldn’t stay again unless I was really stuck fur a place to go. Step it up Greene King the competition outshines you!!

Staff & room was fine, however it is not the quietest place. Bring on the ground floor you could hear people walking above, which is not good when you are trying to get some sleep. The sound proofing is not the best.

The room was spacious and spotless. It had everything to make your stay comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows tea coffee and milk ironing board with iron.The room was lovely and warm which was great as it was freezing outside. There's an added bonus of being attached to a pub selling food as well all of which was reasonably priced. Its 15 minutes from Bristol airport which was great. We will definitely be staying again next time we fly from Bristol

The lady on Reception was lovely and very welcoming. The room was very dated, the shower over the bath was basic to say the least and the room smelt of smoke. I'm not sure if it was a non smoking room though so maybe my fault in booking. We have stayed here previously and had a much nicer room. It was only a stop off for an early flight and was very cheap so can't really complain! Avoid Room 1 !
