While the property itself was fine [my needs are minimal and the property met my needs], I was greeted by Mr Richard [Pop Daddy] whose presence & personality was a gift for a traveler who spent 10 hours on the road. If my travels toward the East Coast ever require an overnight stay again, I would purposefully drive toward Bristol JUST so I could say hello to Mr Richard.

Both rooms they put us in had broken locks. Both dead bolt was missing or locked and the lock on the door wouldnt lock. Sticky residu on night stand. Felt really sketchy in the room

Hotel would not allow me to use an iron or ironing board. I was told by desk clerk those were only reserved for the suites. No breakfast. Some lady tried walking in my room at 6:30am thinking I had already checked out. Will not stay here again. Groubds of hotel are unkept.

Mostly good!
Room was tidy, could have been a little cleaner. Room door had broken security latch and deadbolt was difficult to latch. Young man who is working in the office was awesome, he came and took a look at my complaints and explained that he had to break in the door from a previous consumer and it obviously hadn’t been fixed yet. He also answered my question about the Wi-Fi overall, it’s a good place specially, for the money

Was disappointed based upon the positive reviews. Hair on sheets. Cockroaches. Toilet seat was missing attachment pieces and half disconnected. Dropped earbud and found garbage / debris under bedside stand and under bed while looking for it. Tub / shower and bathroom sink didn't drain properly. Room had a funky smell. Overall wouldn't stay again.

My stay was a business trip. I didn’t receive room service ( fresh towels, wash clothes) during my 4 day stay. When asked for some was told by the evening staff to check my room to make sure I had fresh towels etc. my room was not touched by staff during the entirety of my visit. Would not recommend it.
