Friendly and attentive staff, good pub food and a really clean and spacious room. Only downside was we could really hear the traffic in the room, but we were aware the hotel was on the road when we booked.

Spacious room, comfy bed but lots of cobwebs in the bedroom, a wet patch on the floor from a leaky radiator & the shower, although hot & powerful wouldn't stay up so had to be held. Overall a bit tired but absolutely fine for an overnight stay before the airport. Great food in the pub.

The room was excellent quite large. No traffic noise. The selection of food could have been better and the dining area had 3 external doors which meant it was draughty. We have booked to stay again on January 1st so the small downsides have not put us off. A great location for flying from Bristol airport.

This was our 3rd stay and will be our last . I have to say previous stays had niggles about the room but wanted to support local . On our 3rd stay we arrived around 8pm for a early morning flight already exhausted , Our room was located round the back of the building , through a main door and up some stairs we were met with a freezing cold room , the radiator /heater did not work ,they had left this tiny oil filled rad which wouldn't heat a small cupboard let alone a large room . The bathroom door was broken so would not shut properly which meant using the bathroom with no privacy . No wifi , and the tv did not work properly . We both slept fully clothed due to no heating and slept is used loosely term . We left at 3am for a flight but never again will we stay here . We have found that wifi is not available and has never worked on the 3 times we have stayed .
