Be very careful arrangements. The hotel has a car park but it's managed by some moneybgrabbing car park company. You get 15 mins in this car park before you are liable for a £100 fine. The actual parkingbis 500 yards away, so check. They didnt ask at check in if I had a car and Im now in line to get fined. They dont make any of thos clear- Mainly holding the Hotel responsible for the description being so lacking in detail, but Expedia could do better with the listing as well. Really tainted what should have been a nice short stay.

The room was great, very spacious. The staff was very nice. The mattress and pillows were not the most comfortable, but that was the only issue.

HUGE bed!!

Brilliant - perfect Central position, and handy carpark nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. HUGE bed! Very clean. Really quiet and peaceful at night. Will definitely be back.

Great hotel

Found the hotel receptionist on arrival when we were abit early very unwelcoming. We left our bag and went out to come back at check in time. Room was brilliant, very spacious and clean. Had a light fitting fault and bathroom pole issue and they came to fix it in good time around us. Great value for money about £100 cheaper than Premier Inn! Location was quite central for where we wanted to be and go. Definitely stay again.

All you need for a reasonable priced hotel

We stayed for two nights to look round Bristol city center and to see a show at the Hippodrome theater the locations suited us well and easy walking distance to the Hippodrome. The room was clean and quiet with a very roomy bathroom with fitted shower, large bed that was very comfortable,there was also air conditioning very welcome as we visited during a heatwave, there was also a safe located in the wardrobe. we did not eat at the hotel, it was conveniently next to Cabot Circus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was included in the price saving us £20 per day stay. We will use this Hotel again when we return to watch another show.

Great service but tired room

Great location and the free parking is a bonus. The room was a bit tired with cracked sink in the bathroom and the shower was rubbish with little adjustment and even worse there was no hot water after one of us had a shower.
