Checking in was seamless, the elevator makes weird cracking noises, the hotel room was beautiful. We only stayed one night so we purchased a standard King. The rooms were clean, bed was cozy. Whoever designed the bathroom doesn't know how to design as it was way too busy. I loved they have robes. The service throughout the whole casino was top tier. The only thing I didn't like was how small the non smoking part of the casino was. No electronic blackjack was there. And they really need a microwave in the rooms or somewhere on site to use. It was crazy to me that they didn't have one as many people could use it.

The experience was nice. But it was far overshadowed by the nickel and diming throughout. The 400 dollar room covers nothing else and be sure they will charge you for the oxygen you used. But the show was good, everyone working there was amazing, and it’s beautiful and very secure.

There was an undisclosed resort fee when I booked and I was required to use a valet to bring my bags up to the room, so a tip was needed, then a 6oz glass of house wine and a glass of soda was $20 even though we were gambling max amount each round. Felt nickel and dimed. Gambled at the bar where they offered food items. Bar surface was full of crumbs and sticky. Otherwise one of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed at. Staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. Gambling was fun with a nice assortment of machines. But didn't gamble as much as I felt stingy after added fees.

Room was excellent. Had fun in the casino. Ate at the food court, Fish and Chicken. Unfortunately the food was not the best. It had clearly been sitting there a while. I attribute it to us being there on a week night when there was not much activity. Other than that everything else was great.

Clean awesome decor! Beds were not comfortable especially for a back sufferer. Room thermostat terrible could not switch it to heat! Very uncomfortable made for a long night!

Rooms were very comfortable, bed especially. Great cafe for simple eating and appetites and more upscale for sophisticated palates. Casino was pretty loose making gaming fun providing one can quit once ahead. Biggest negative is the SMOKING. PLEASE - provide an outside area for smokers, it's unhealthy on so many levels. ashes, burn marks, etc just make more work for the cleaning crew. for those wearing masks; it does nothing to help filter out the carcinogens exhaled including germs or viruses expelled into the air from those constantly coughing from their own smoke. help the environment; ban smoking in casinos.
