Overnight stay, Pros- Close to train station, breakfast was of good quality Cons- Room very dated, shower water inconsistent hot and cold, doona did not fit 2 people under it, and toilet flushed when it felt like doing so. Front desk dismissed the toilet issue with it is just the way the building plumbing is

Always like a Holiday Inn Express stay wherever in the world. The team and service here are great. Only faults we found was that its a bit dated, the double bed was just that and so was a bit on the cramped side as we are not a small couple. Great stay otherwise.

Bristol Break

A city I’ve never been to, but thoroughly enjoyed it, great cycle scheme and routes, though one did break down on me, got to visit a few interesting places, a couple of boat trips, definitely going to go again as lots I would like to explore. Maybe a Balloon trip.

Good value for money. I wouldn't probably stay here for a long trip, but for a couple of days it's perfect. Staff is very polite and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage for free before the check-in and after check-out. Breakfast is rather generous and versatile, not everything is delicious but you can easily find what you like. We were concerned that the hotel is on a busy street but we did not hear any traffic noise.

The staff were great as was the breakfast. Our room was clean and tidy.There was a bucket in the hallway for the leaking ceiling, but such things can't be helped.

Good value.

One night stay. Friendly welcome by the young lady on reception. Clean room. A little too hot but fortunately the window opened a little. We had a room at the back so very quiet. Free breakfast. Good value.
