If i could give zero stats I would. I had a reservation along with my confirmation number. I had just got back from a long day and night on duty and got to the hotel. I went to check in and was told my room was given away and the hotel was overbooked. At this point it was 3am and everywhere else in a 1 hour radius was booked solid. When I asked the front desk what I should do or where i could say I was told it wasn't the hotels issue and it was up to me to figure out. I ended up having to drive through the night back to home tired and sore. There is NO reason my room should have been given away and worse yet given the callus treatment I was given. I'm a Army Veteran who made all the necessary arrangements for my travel way in advance to ensure some comfort after a long day for myself and my wife and instead was treated like trash. Well done Hilton!

The hot water in the shower did not stay hot very long, the pillows were very uncomfortable, meaning they were worn out. The pool / hot tub was in the hotel next door. The gentleman that checked me in told me to park in the parking garage below without telling me that you have to pay $25 to park under there found that out when I was leaving. I would not have parked in the garage, knowing that you had to pay. Overall I’d give it a 4/10 it was very clean.

Biggest downside to this booking was the pool is shared with the hotel next door. Which would not have been a big deal except for it was freezing out and we did not prepare for this. It was not listed. Hotel staff said they get that a lot, it’s listed on their site but almost as if 3rd party sites purposely do not list it. Had it been warm out it wouldn’t have mattered. It was a nice pool and hottub. Restaurant in sister hotel was overpriced and only so so. But our room was great. Nice to get away close to home but far enough away in a nice clean hotel.
