I eas there 2 nights. I had no hot water. This hotel was not pet friendly. I counted six dogs there that were not service dogs. Barked all of the time. Breakfast was not very good. Biscuits were so hard you could not brrsk with a hammer. Coffee was cold most of the time. I doubt i will stay there again.
Everything was great except that they didn't repair or replace the desk chair. It was down in the lowest position and wouldn't come up, which made working at the desk a little awkward. I was there for 2 days and told them about this the first night, and two days later when I left it hadn't been fixed. It's a good thing I didn't have any serious desk work I had to do.
The staff was friendly, the breakfast had lots of variety, and it was clean. The decor is older and a bit shabby but for a one night stay when traveling it was fine. There was only one elevator and 4 floors so it always took a rather long wait to get up or down. Parking was rather inconvenient because there was a weird layout. A plus was that it was close to the highway.
I was supposed to have a room near my family. When I checked in at 6 I was told my room was still not ready. If check in is at 4, how is my room not ready. And there was a huge spider hanging in lobby when we entered.
