Excellent stay, just what we needed after a busy day visiting Bath, and very handy for heading back home. We had a family room which was very comfortable and quiet. Buffet breakfast was amazing!!

We arrived in the rain, chap inside was very welcoming indeed, slight issue with stains on carpet in our room but it was quickly rectified by swopping rooms. We had sex loads and the bed withstood the pounding as my partner did!! Breakfast was tasty, with a very helpful chef. Would happily visit again.

Abaloutly disgusting hotel rooms, filthy & not cleaned at all. Toenails on floors & excriment on the bottom sheets. Would have scored 0 stars if that was an option. Avoid at all costs.

I booked a family room with a double bed and 2 singles. I received a room with one double bed, one single bed and a pull out mattress which still had chocolate sweets on it. There was a pile of toenail clippings on the carpet, less than half a roll of toilet roll for a family of 3 to use and there were stains all over the bathroom walls.
