I booked a family room with a double bed and 2 singles. I received a room with one double bed, one single bed and a pull out mattress which still had chocolate sweets on it. There was a pile of toenail clippings on the carpet, less than half a roll of toilet roll for a family of 3 to use and there were stains all over the bathroom walls.

Nice Hotel, Limited Parking & Very Poor Reception.
This is a pretty decent Hotel. Very close to the M5 and other main routes.The only disappointing part was check in. The guy on reception was just so unprofessional.I approached the desk and stated my name and said I had a reservation. He just said "yea" There was an awkward moment silence. I just said, I'm in the hotel right ? After an unwelcoming check in I found the room to be perfect for a short stay, clean and well equipped. I stayed as I had a very early flight from Bristol. The Prince of Wales bridge was going to be closed and other roadworks too. I decided to stay closer to the Airport. In general a clean smart Hotel and good value for money. Also has a restaurant bar and 2 minutes walk to various fast food outlets and shops..

Checked in later in the evening, was told restaurant only had a booking for 20:30, which we booked. When we arrived down for dinner, there were many items unavailable in drink and food menu. Asked for no cheese on meal due to dairy allergy, food arrived with it on! Restaurant and bar area were clean. Staff were polite but abrupt. Bathroom and Bedroom were clean. Breakfast was fresh, good selection and well labelled.

When I checked in, there were no key cards left so the receptionist had to let everyone in and out of their rooms! Crazy. Plus the car park was full when I arrived I had to to park among the giant semi trucks. Staff were however very nice, the room was otherwise fine windows can be opened (against the awful modern trend of sealed rooms).
