Great location, easy to walk into Brixham harbour and surrounding areas. Free parking very close by in a secure car park. Excellent room, very clean and super comfy bed and pillows. Good choice of freshly cooked breakfast items along with fresh fruit, yoghurts and cereals. Chris and Claire could not have been more helpful or friendly, no problems encountered during our stay. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience all round.

Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We were wet through from walking and booth tea and biscuits on arrival. We had a free upgrade to a beautiful sea view room. They had thought of everything. There evening wine glasses and bottle opener in our room. Fresh milk. Fantastic advice about the local area and our days walking the next day. They even gave us a walking pole for the next day. Breakfast was delicious. They were so accommodating and kind.

An excellent guest house. Very friendly and clean, with a great breakfast, and fantastic views over the marina and the bay. The location is good with a flat walk into the town centre and a multi-storey car park around 100m away.

A Perfect Stay in Brixham! We had such a wonderful time staying at this charming bed and breakfast in Brixham. The property is owned by the loveliest couple, Chris & Clair, who made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything was perfect—from the cozy, clean room to the delicious breakfast each morning. Their hospitality made the experience feel personal and special, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The location was also ideal for exploring the town and enjoying the beautiful seaside. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend and would absolutely return!

Family-owned small accomodation The old gentleman welcomed the guest from different ethnic group who traveled a long distance. I was fascinated by the best british breakfast in the UK as well. Hope to see visit here again.
