Nice room, friendly staff, easy parking. My only grip is that when i booked this room weeks ago, it was listed on this site as breakfast included. I have just had breakfast, which was very nice but, it wasn't included. Bit pissed off. Other than that, all good.

Short drive to Viking bay, room is spaces and have everything you need. Right on the pub with good food and service - shopping mall across the main road

Overall good experience

Nice rooms, convenient location. Appeared to be quite busy during breakfast and possibly staff appeared very busy as a result. I think the current cooked breakfast option is not ideal. It would be a lot better if those items were available as a part of the self serve buffet.

Really nice family room, curtains kept falling off wall when pulled clothes but staff fixed them when asked. No one in building ie porter had to go opposite to the pub for reception

Very clean and comfortable, close to huge shopping centre which could maybe be both a pro and a con but we made the most of it! Staff were kind and helpful and we had everything we needed. We wanted to be close to the beach in Broadstairs and the loop bus takes 40 minutes- wish I had researched this- it's a nice scenic route though and a much shorter journey to Margate, so we went and had dinner there one evening. It is also a shorter journey to Ramsgate and had we had more time we would have spent longer in all three places as they are all great. In a car it is a short journey from Broadstairs (8 minutes according to google maps) and the pub is in Broadstairs but also only a hundred yards or so from both Ramsgate and Margate, right on the border of the three. I'd recommend it.

Mostly good, Free WiFi terrible.

Hotel, Room & breakfast all good. Good choice at breakfast. WiFi was terrible. Hard to connect and slow and internet access kept dropping.
