Nice hotel with amazing staffs.

This hotel has so much potential, but the team just feel really lacking in effort to create good experiences. Nothing hugely wrong. Just no elements where they showed much interest in us as guests. They knew it was our anniversary. I had organised the trip as a surprise. I asked if they could do anything just to enhance our stay a bit. They replied with a price list of upgrades. Fair enough to try to upsell, but it costs them nothing to wish us a happy anniversary, or leave a handwritten note on the bed etc. Breakfast had a good buffet selection. Room was clean. Small but clean. Bed was ok. Late at night on night 2, there was a whirring noise. I spoke to Reception who assured me he’d turned off the machines. The noise however continued late into the night so had to close the window. Which meant we slept badly as it was hot. I know 100% the noise was coming from the hotel as I heard it through the phone when I spoke to him. Just in general, a lazy feel to the place where the guests just come and go with as little interaction as they can get away with. Shame. Great location for Haga and a quick walk to central. Would I return to this hotel? No. They gave me no reason to want to.

Well located, shower was lovely, room was fine, a little dusty and wasn't set up properly as a twin room, but easy to sort ourselves.

Large hotel, clean, lots of rooms. Rooms were quiet and well equipped. Rooftop bar was great and had a dj. Sadly they couldn’t fit us in for breakfast which was disappointing
