I thought the bed was comfortable - the bathroom and room were very clean. The soap and lotion dispenser were almost empty but after speaking with the front desk, Antonio was quick to bring new ones. The phone didn't work so the front desk added to the maintenance list as we were checking out. The breakfast was ok. The potatoes were not hot and didn't have a lot of taste. The cinnamon danish was very good. The small pancakes were good too - just enough. The only thing that was hard for me is the long walk to the elevator to get to the 2nd floor. I don't think there is any way to change this, but I've never seen elevators so far from the lobby area. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Need to improve the service

homeless people are staying in the hotel because of shelter programs and there's pa lot of commotion as if drug user are staying in the hotel as well managers have to do a better job.
