When we checked in, they gave us a key to a dirty room that had not yet been cleaned. It was after 4 o’clock, which was one hour after check-in time. A person prior to us was waiting because their entire reservation was canceled. The hotel was saying there was no Open rooms. We then had to wait for a room to be cleaned which made us late to our event. The person helping us seemed overwhelmed and stressed. I understand it was not solely on that individual.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I had reserved the room for two nights, but the conditions were so bad that on the second night I was forced to sleep in my car instead of staying in that space. The place was very dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell. The towels were not clean, and the bed sheets were full of holes. The toilet was clogged, and even after asking for a plunger, no assistance was provided. The room phone did not work, and there was no parking available. Overall, the experience was horrible and far below any acceptable standard. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cheapest price in the area. Lots of “wanderers”around the building but it’s Brockton so it’s to be expected. Coffee in the mornings for a short time if you’re up early enough. Microwave in the lobby. Staff were great and accommodating.

Yesterday I had a situation in this hotel. So the reception staff is terribly rude, is in an abnormal condition, 100%. He could not even stand on his feet normally. He did not understand at all what he was doing. He could not write my name in English for half an hour.. all the people who were there also all had problems with this Malik. We booked a room through Expedia and upon arrival there He asked us for payment again and said that it was all Expedia’s problem, that payment for our room had not gone through. What was for sure lie.. In general, I will never recommend this hotel to you! Just run away from this hotel!!! The staff is terrible!!! The territory too, there are a lot of homeless people around!!! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life.

There seemed to be a few sex workers hanging out in the parking lot. Room was EXTREMELY sparse. Pillows were like rocks and me and my friend both woke up with our necks killing us. No vending machines.

TERRIBLE. Not only located in a shady area, it was nasty dirty. Front desk man was INCREDIBLY rude. Run and keep looking elsewhere.

I booked this motel SIX months in advance, yet when I arrived, the manager told me he had overbooked and was “going down the line cancelling people.” After pushing back, he finally agreed to give me the room I had reserved, but then refused to honor my military ID for their advertised military rate. When we got into the room, it reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The bathroom door wouldn’t even close properly, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the entire experience was unprofessional, stressful, and disappointing. I would never recommend this motel to anyone—especially military families who expect a basic level of respect and honesty.

Luckily my friend and I only checked in, got ready & left for a concert and came back super late to sleep and leave the next morning. I wouldn’t ever stay here again. The surrounding area was a bit sketchy. The hotel smelled like a mixture of food, smoke, weed and mold mixed with a spritz of fabreeze. Our bathroom was moldy and missing parts for both drains, plus the door was a pain to close. All of my belongings stunk like smoke upon leaving (we didn’t have a smoking room). Gross. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to stay somewhere cleaner!
