Absolutely beautiful hotel, close to everything and yet set back in a secluded courtyard so very quiet at night. Bar was great, staff were lovely and helpful, room was clean and stylish. Only improvement needed is the pillows, they were so lumpy, we asked for 2 more and they were exactly the same thickness and lumpiness.

Dukes’ Palace Hotel is an amazing hotel to stay! Elegant decor, beautiful design with very comfortable rooms as well as pillows and mattress, making it all the difference in a stay. Perfect location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and museums. Truly a memorable vacation. I highly recommend it.

The best hotel
I’ve never stayed somewhere so nice! Would 100% stay again! Staff were very attentive and welcoming! The room I stayed in was the pavilion room with a castle view it was very spacious, I loved the lamps and low lighting it really was calming in the evening! Hotel is great location less than a minute walk to the Christmas markets. I have nothing bad to say!
