Classy perfection

This hotel was the most comfortable, classy and accommodating property that I have ever stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the rooms, beds and facilities were perfect. The location to everything in the centre of Brugge was no more than a five minute walk in any direction. The buffet breakfast was amazing, catering for all. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

This was my wife and I first stay in Bruges and our stay at this hotel made the visit more the memorable All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained as was the whole hotel.The underground car park was very convenient albeit a bit tight getting my car in and out of the lift! Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of menu. The bar and reception was a real treat with a relaxed feel in beautifully decorated and furnished rooms. It seemed popular with both guests and visitors. If you're looking for a relaxed, luxurious hotel in a prime location in the heart of Bruges that offers great value for money, then I'd fully recommend a stay here

A gem in the center of Bruges. We stayed in the standard room and loved the big comfy bed, well appointed bathroom and cheerful decor. The steam room and sauna downstairs, also well appointed, were a highlight, and very welcome after long days of sightseeing. Staff were welcoming and very helpful when we had a special request. The perfect home base for a wonderful stay in Bruges.

Elegant stay

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel right in the center of Bruges. Beautifully appointed and decorated, the rooms were extremely comfortable and I appreciated all the little touches like the L’Occitan toiletries and the coffee maker. I had mentioned that this was a birthday trip for me, and they not only accommodated my request for a room with a view over the canal, but also had a little treat waiting for me. We enjoyed an evening drink in the bar, and the helpful front desk staff arranged a lovely massage in the spa area. For some reason, I didn’t book breakfast with my room rate, which was a mistake. We stopped down one morning and it was delicious.
