Lovely breakfast, nice clean modern rooms. 15min walk from Bruges train station and 10min walk to the square. Lots of places to eat and beer tasting nearby. Right by the half maan brewery. Staff are friendly.

Amazing, really amazing!
We stayed end Aug and the pool was a lovely addition for the children. It’s chilly but heated and they provide pool towels. The hotel has been refurbished recently and was very comfortable and well equipped (kettle in room). We included breakfast which was the best breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location is awesome. Tucked off the street but 5 mins to walk to the main areas and 10 mins to station. The staff were brilliant and helpful. They even have a water fountain in the lobby that dispenses still or sparkling so bring a bottle with you!

The hotel is convenient and well located for all the sights in Bruges. We travelled as a family and the rooms are decent and newer due to renovations. We found an old bottle under the sofa bed that told us the cleaning was not thorough. The sound insulation is good and although we were assigned a room overlooking the entrance there was minimal noise. What bothered us was the AC which did not seem to lower the temperature to how we like it in spite of setting it low and fan high. All in all a good place to stay and has easy access to a paid car park nearby.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Bed was wicked comfortable as were the pillows (and we had lots of them)! The couch in the room is GREAT for when relaxing a bit in the room. Takes away the necessity of always having to sit on the bed. Hotel is newly renovated. Breakfast spread was amazing (although I would suggest adding signs/labels for allergens like Gluten, tree nuts, etc). There is parking available, although it's not the hotel but a public lot. Great location and the center is a short walk. What I loved is the hotel's commitment to the environment. They have glass bottles in the room and water filling stations on each floor, as well as wooden key cards & door hangers. How amazing! I would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is newly renovated. It is clean and comfortable. Car park is next to the hotel which was very convenient and it’s a short walk into the centre of Brugge. Perfect for our overnight stay in Brugge.

Great spot to stay in Bruges. It is away from the street which makes it nice and quiet. The room was nice although the room for the toilet was very small. Being able to fill water bottles with cold or bubbly water was a nice touch. It’s on a great street and parking costs are reasonable for a city. Would definitely stay there again!

The room, hotel and location were all excellent. I only had two minor negatives: - the pull out bed for our children was not already set up when we arrived into the room and we had to do it ourselves. - the fixed-to-wall shower gel bottle in the bathroom was empty.

I would highly recommend the Novotel in Bruges. The rooms were quiet, clean with good air con and the breakfast was amazing with lots of food options for kids and adults. It was also so convenient to walk out your door and be in the centre of beautiful Brugge! Would definitely return.
