A lovely, comfortable B&B slightly outside the tourist madness that is central Bruges, but still easily walkable. They offer a very nice welcome, and personal service at (very tasty) breakfast! They don't really have their own parking, but there is a good-sized free carpark a couple of minutes walk away.

The hotel was only about 15 minute walk from the train station. Spacious room with nice details. Also a good sized bathroom. Everything was done to a very high standard. Excellent breakfast, everything was fresh. Would highly recommended and happily stay again.

A lovely town house very close to the centre of town. The bedroom was lovely and very large ( top floor ) and the breakfast was a total surprise. Not your normal continental breakfast but hand made and different every day by a professional chef. Free parking is less than a minutes walk away and seems very safe. Lovely hosts that speak multiple languages. All in all fantastic and I will be recommending this place to all my friends.

This B and B and its proprietors are beyond great! Don’t even wonder if you should stay here....you should! Lovely property, amazing room, superb location (great for walking into Bruges plus handy parking too!), and a gracious and kind host. He was so helpful with orienting us with the city plus he makes an incredible breakfast! We look forward to returning to Bruges and to Villa des Raisins many times!

Remodeled B&B was terrific
Very nice welcome from the host. Gave us his garage for car storage. Bed was great. Room large and shower in bathroom a large and welcome difference from most hotels we've stayed in recently. Breakfast was wonderful all three days. Our host, we found out, is a chef and former restaurant owner. The house was remodeled four years ago and was very well arranged.

Don’t look any further than Villa des Raisins
We were warmly welcomed by Heerst after our arrival, with drinks and an overview of the city of Bruges: what to do, what to see and importantly what and where to eat. We discovered there were two recommended eating places within metres of his lovely heritaged listed property. However the beautiful breakfasts Heerst had carefully prepared, set us up for most of the day anyway. Walking distance from the train station and into beautiful Bruges helped to make our stay so relaxing. We slept well in a very comfortable ensuited bedroom upstairs.

Our first visit to Bruges... perfect choice!
Our first visit to Bruges - sadly only 3 days. Villa des Raisins is just 5 minutes from the city gates and 15 minutes from the Markt. Our room was clean and comfortable, and Geert provided a tasty breakfast every morning. He is a kind and friendly host, and offered us great advice on what to see and where to eat. We'll be back!

Excellent lccation two minutes outside of gate. Ten mins comfortable, flat walk to marketplace. Outstanding host, considerate and kind. Geert is a chef. Food fabulous.

Lovely B&B with delicious breakfasts
Great position with a 10 minute walk into the old town and 15 minute walk to the train station but still in a quiet area. Our room on the first floor was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts prepared by Geert our host were just wonderful and he also provided lots of helpful information about the town. An all round fabulous stay.

Lovely hotel.
Went for the Brugge Xmas markets and birthday treat. The hotel is a short walki from the centre in a quiet location. We had a lovely breakfast with the owner making extra effort with little home made treats. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit noisy because of the squeaky floorboards from the room above. The owner is friendly and very helpful and was keen to suggested good places to visit. I would certainly return to this hotel and I dont say that often.

Good location. Nice room
The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Bruges train station. It is 5 minutes walking from the hotel to the old town. The breakfast was great. The owner offered the best beer in the world for several euro. Make sure to take advantage of it. I later found the store in Brussel selling the same beer but three times of price.

The B&B is well designed on three floors comprising 3 rooms and a breakfast/lounge area. Gert the host is friendly welcoming and makes wonderful and unexpected little breakfast treats each day as well as providing a very high quality buffet of fresh local breads, pastries, granola, yogurt, cheeses and meats. The room was spacious and carefully put together with a shower room and tea & coffee facilities as well as hairdryer and small fridge stocked with bear and water. All details considered. A lovely comfortable mattress too.10/12 mins from main city by foot- great location no need for the car! ( free parking is a short walk away)

Really Really Great
Very kind, a delicious individually prepared breakfast every morning with a great spread. Great location just a minute of walking to the medieval gates. Parking was not a problem for us.

Great place to stay in Bruges
The Villa des Raisins is a great place to stay in Bruges. Just a short walk into the centre means that there is no need for a car. Being on the outskirts of the city means it is really quiet. The owner (Geert) always offered a couple of extra surprises at breakfast (normally one savoury and one sweet) on top of what was already an excellent choice. He also was a great source of ideas of places to go, places to eat etc Very comfortable room with huge bathroom

A Great Break
Lovely B&B only 12 minutes walk from the train station and about 15 minutes from the centre of Bruges. Our hosts Carine and Geert were so kind and helpful. We were given a hot drink (or cold beer) with biscuits when we arrived. Geert then sat down with us, before he showed us to our room, and went through a map of Bruges pointing out all areas of interest and recommending various restaurants. He was always willing to answer any questions and make reservations if we needed. Our room was beautiful and overlooking the garden. Very comfortable bed and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Large walk in shower. Good selection for breakfast and all very fresh, local produce. Also had choice of freshly cooked eggs, a hot cheese topped roll and mini pancake each morning. a really enjoyable holiday and would deffinately go again.

Excellent B&B! The owner was very helpful and took time to personally show us a map of the local area and gave recommendations of places to see as well as good restaurants. Gave us a complimentary welcome drink as well. The property was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was amazing! He used to be a chef and gives you a couple freshly cooked treats.
