From the website the property was very nice. Ivey who greeted us when we arrived was very nice. The room was not good. The curtains was falling down, there was blood on the pillowcase, looked like smeared blood on the wall, and when we took a shower the water filled up in the tub. I was so disturbed about the pillow case I didn’t take a picture of it. My husband took the pillow downstairs and they changed the pillow case.

We have always enjoyed staying here. However, the lobby air conditioner was not working making check in
The people were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and cool love it and stay, the bed not so much, the mattress seemed to have saw its better days, other than the bed, everything else was top notch
2nd stay with 90 days. Will never stay again. Still no pool, no exercise room nor any answers to when they may reopen; this time no AC in the lobby. Breakfast at 80+ degrees with fans blowing, the front doors wide open letting in bugs & mosquitoes. The outside looks of the building are atrocious. Oh, we were able to watch employees washing their personal vehicles on two consecutive days. Again, never, ever, again. We had friends accompany us from FL for a funeral and mold was found in their room.

Why fans in halls & lobby virtually no outside area even pop machines were empty no ice even
It was clean, inexpensive, safe and comfortable. No frills. Did have a breakfast. The staff was so nice, from the front desk clerks to the cleaning staff. Very nice and friendly. The food service staff was very helpful.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the lobby had a strong unpleasant odor and no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable right away. Our room was dirty and felt very outdated, and we even spotted a couple of small roaches.
The building’s exterior looked run-down, and the overall upkeep seemed poor. Their “marketplace” area was completely empty, breakfast was subpar, and our room was missing basic amenities like hangers. Even the room phone was broken—it didn’t even have a cord.
On top of that, there were sketchy people hanging around outside the building, which made us feel uneasy throughout our stay.
I wouldn’t recommend this location, and I hope management takes steps to make some serious improvements.
For the price the room was acceptable. Certain members of the front staff have no business being in the hotel business. While sitting in lobby one afternoon I did happen to see the general manager of the property in action and that encounter made it clear why the staff might not be so cheerful.
