We had a few issues with some neighbors across the way. Chris was absolutely wonderful and took care of everything. He's a Great guy who really cares about the people who stay at the hotel.

Unkept, is the best description. The tv in bedroom was broken, furniture was old and worn out, elevators broken, pool area floor was slimy, no towels. Double check times for pool and breakfast because every hotel is df on Breakfast is free served from 6-9am, at 8:50 all is picked up and doors closed at 8:59. If what you need is a bed and pillows it was okay.
