The two people working the desk when we arrived at 7pm Saturday night. There was a problem with the front door. My wife is in a wheelchair. They helped us with our luggage and getting her in to the hotel.

Room was good tub was clogged and didn’t drain We came for the indoor pool with our grandchildren and it was so cold we couldn’t swim for but 10 minutes and the hot tub was covered and not in service made for a bad evening

I was staying in this hotel with my family and my mother-in-law came out with a lot of welts that look like bedbug bites, she has them everywhere, even on her face. I am worry because I was with her in the same room and I’m pregnant and I have a toddler with some bites too.
