The staff was very friendly and the room nice clean and roomy. The only con was ……it was very difficult for my wife and I to get good sleep due to the uncomfortable extremely thin pillows. I tried folding them, but it didn’t help…..causing me to wake up with a back ache.

Liked, easy access to the freeway Did not like: the limited amount of food in the breakfast menu, the hot food was cold most of the time, like the sausage, eggs and potatoes Coffee and water for tea were cold, I went to go have breakfast and I had to wait for the hotel staff to finish serving themselves, because they were all gathered in the food area. The first day it was good, they’re were two ladies that were working hard to make sure everything was available, that was morning of 10/17/25 the two ladies working in that area were very attentive, and kept the area clean. The morning of 10/18 and 10/19 the food was very cold and they were not replacing what needed, like I said the staff gathered in the food area to eat and I had to wait for them to finish serving themselves The room was horrible dirty, I have pictures I was looking for something that felt under the bed and that’s how I discovered trash under the bed and the carpet was filthy, I believe there’s mold on the side of the ac unit, the walls and everything else, the bed covers were stained The fridge and all around was disgusting dirty Front desk staff were very nice, Maintenance staff knocked on my door for no reason and I felt very unsafe He said that my phone was not working and to let him in, I said NO my phone works perfect then I called the front desk to ask if they had sent someone to my room and they said NO

The room was comfortable and clean. The only problem was that the air conditioning was so loud we had to change rooms in the middle of the night which was no problem.Staff was very accommodating. The cleaning lady was also very nice and understanding.

Simple solutions to improve client satisfaction!

Room maintenance for Room 205 at Brunswick was below par. Ceiling had a crack in it the width of the room. The tub grout was almost entirely gone and the faucet dripped continuously despite being turned off as far as was humanly possible. We appreciated the nite light in bathroom We have traveled the country using Hampton Inns and this hotel was definitely the worst we’ve stayed in. The carpet in the halls is very unattractive and we felt looks cheap! The breakfast was wonderful and the staff members were polite, courteous and professional!

Won’t be back, not sanitary

The hotel is older which is fine, the room however was not cleaned well. I don’t think the comforter has ever been cleaned as it had blood stains on one (that looked fresh) and snot?? On the other. The only thing keeping it you from touching the disgusting comforter is a thin sheet which is the only thing we used to sleep with. The carpets in the room were very sticky as well. Overall just not clean and up to the standard of other best westerns I’ve stayed in. Guests should never have to sleep with someone else’s bodily fluids on their blankets. We won’t be back. A positive is the location felt safe and the breakfast buffet was nice. Front desk staff was friendly.
