Roaches everywhere 5 total and live in the room and halls , very very bad smell , never stay here . There are many hotels around this one and are better . This was bad stay .

Bad Maintenance
The little apartment appeared to be well set up with living area, full kitchen, bath and bedroom. However, neither phone worked at all and even though I reported it nothing changed. There was no remote for the TV in the living area which limited the usefulness of a pleasant room. The bed was very lumpy and the door key system failed completely so that I needed to spend my last morning out the of room so I left earlier than intended. I won't stay here again.

Very nice hotel, didn't have that weird hotel smell (except in the elevator for some reason). Rooms were nice and spacious, good beds. Breakfast was ok.

Found a dead roach in the bathroom. Didn't open the kitchen cabinets as a result. Put all our food and trash in the refrigerator to keep bugs away. Fridge and furniture was definitely older than I am. Overall the place is shabby and dirty.

Excellent week stay
The absolute nicest front desk employees ever! We were there for over a week due to family illness, and everyone was so kind and helpful. The rooms are great for families with the additional sitting area with couch and tv and kitchenette. We were not expecting either so we were pleasantly surprised. And the price was fabulous for the quality! Woukd definitely stay again!!

Great check-in service. Spacious rooms. AC was/is limited. Room is somewhat stuffy. Fitness Center was 93 degrees with no working AC, while hot tub outside was completely broken. Breakfast selections were excellent!

Property and our room in particular were in very obvious need of attention. Our room was drab and worn in many spots. Table leg loose, bathroom fixtures rusted. Worse was the mold and mildew in the shower (an easy fix with bleach) which I reported at checkout.
