Comfortable, clean, great hot and cold breakfast items! Stayed with 3 adults and 2 small children comfortably in the 2 queen suite with pullout sofa. Highly recommend for the price range!

The staff at the front desk were wonderful when HOTEL.Com reservation did not go through, which became very complicated yet the staff were professional and persistent. Expedia (which owns Hotel.Com) finally owned it was a failure at their end, and cancelled the reservation with a full refund(at least they agreed, 7-10 business days for it to show up). The hotel staff were great! And we’re able to get us a room! THANK YOU!

Upon arrival, we were notified hotel and city did not have water. Front desk person did a good job dealing with the issue and gave us plenty of water bottles to assist. Nonetheless, we had preferred to receive a message in advance about the situation to decide if we would stay at the hotel or would keep driving to the next town. Also, an observation on the handsoap. Container was almost empty. It should be replenished before our arrival.

After several years of staying elsewhere in Kingsland, we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn. They do have it priced higher than most local places. It's completely worth the extra money. It's not more than other areas and very reasonable for most cities. IHG Kingsland staff have a high standard of cleanliness and friendliness. Joanie is a friendly face at the front desk and Alba is a fantastic housekeeping staff member. We cannot wait to come back soon!

Joanie was welcoming , friendly and helpful. She had to explain that due to an accident all water was off in St Mary's. She provided water. Gave us directions to a very good place to have dinner and offered to help in any way she could. Impressive !

I never received a confirmation from you guys to begin with and I even called to see if there was a hold and nothing until today when my husband received a call saying we didn’t check in. We are living in a time of texting and reminding. I did my part trying to find out and verify beforehand and nothing worked. Instead right now I will be charged even though we stayed ant a different establishment. I want a refund please .

We were very happy we found this place to stop on our way to Miami. There were a ton of places to eat super close, the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were very friendly upon check in and check out. We were and to start the next morning rested and in a great mood.
