My partner and I loved the spacious suite and the many amenities it provided! We cooked during our visit and deeply appreciated the kitchenware and dishes provided, as well as the availability of extra wares in the office. There was plenty of parking available, the area felt safe, and above all the suite was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!
Check in was great. Very friendly staff! Room was average. They had just mopped with bleach, so I was excited that the floor would be clean. As soon as it dried, kicked off the shoes and it failed the white sock test within seconds!! Went to open the windows to air out the bleach smell, plus it was pleasant out. Windows were so nasty you could hardly see through them. Blinds were horrible as well. Nevermind the green algae on the screens. We chose this property because it was apartment style, not a regular hotel. A place that had grass and openable windows and hopefully more quiet. Well…not so quiet if they give you one of the rooms/buildings facing the road!! First night was EMS/Fire trucks screaming by, motorcycles, loud trucks at all hours. The additional nights I left the A/C fan (extremely loud) on constant run to drown out traffic. Might want to do that anyway because when A/C fan kicks off and on it is loud enough to wake you up. So in conclusion it was just ok. I got it for $80/night which was in the middle of surrounding hotels. Nice grill area and pool. Game room and common areas nice as well. “Might” return at that price point because of the extra amenities, if I had a room off the road, and they deep cleaned every now and then instead of a light mop and go. Would have been pissed at their regular rate of $119/night. There are way better places in town at that price level!!

The reception staff were nice, the room was very large. The furniture was very dated and showed its wear, the condition of the bathroom and kitchen was poor, ie, extremely old appliances, sinks/tub and poorly stocked utensils for cooking.
I was nervous because it was such a great deal. This was perfect for the location we needed to be. My only complaint was we couldnt find the garbage can. Definitely need one in the bathroom. But overall great. We will definitely stay again and recommend to our family.

Front desk and cleaning staff couldn’t have been better. I wish I could remember the desk clerks name because she deserves a raise. She was friendly, helpful, didn’t MIND Being helpful. Professional with Southern charm. Bath and body works Shampoo (no conditioner) & soap bar. Plenty of good towels/washcloths. Online photos described the layout perfectly. Nice size. Forgot we were to be there four nights. They assisted me in adding another night with little effort. The suite was basically a one level apartment. It is close to busy traffic so there IS road noise. Tv does drown the noise. Bring a fan! The property itself was quiet without any issues at all. I’m not sure that I even seen another person besides the front desk/housekeeping. Thermostat settings are locked. Air conditioning wouldn’t go below 67 (cold sleeper). When we would leave and come back, no matter what it was set on, it would be back on 74. I’m sure it is an automatic setting. Clean sheets, thin blanket(I bring my own comforter)
Woke up hurting from the mattress discomfort, every night, husband and son as well. The tub and kitchen sink, both could use a magic eraser. The water was undrinkable. Bring bottled! But I have found that to be everywhere in Kingsland/ St Mary’s. The water smells and tastes dirty.
I will use this place again. The issues I DID have were not a deal breaker. Cleanliness could be better, and mattress could be updated.
