We love this hotel!! It is beautiful inside and out. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable with amazing furniture. The bathroom was luxurious with a huge walk in shower. We especially loved our balcony overlooking the river. The view is to die for. It is truly breathtaking. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Our waitress was friendly and informative. I recommend this hotel to everyone! It is a unique, hidden gem!

Riverfront and beautiful historic district (Vernon Square) a must do. Clean, breakfast staff and food- excellent. Comfortable bed, shower and high end shower items excellent. Need to supply guests more towels, wash cloths, hand towels prior to arrival. These items could have been newer and softer. Previous occupant left clothing in closet- cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to details. Pool looked great- did not use. I would stay again and do recommend!

Sitting on the balcony watching the river was lovely and the room was comfortable and well appointed. Unfortunately, it is a poorly-managed property that is not in line with its “luxury” status and pricing. We arrived to find a dirty spoon in the ice bucket and someone’s dirty bathing suit in one of the drawers. We were also notified that the spa was closed, which was a major disappointment. The pool had a drown film on the bottom and a green tinge to the water. While the staff was accommodating they were poorly trained and had difficulty addressing basic questions. We won’t be going back.

Staff ensured we were well taken care of at check in and while we walked the premises the following morning. They offered glasses of champagne when we checked in and also offered us cups of to-go coffee after the restaurant had closed in the morning.

It’s a very nice little hotel but not a resort as advertised. The room was nice and clean but not a boutique quality. The TV only worked with one channel. We prepaid but when we checked out there was a daily service charge for housekeeping that we didn’t know about and the room service charge for a pot of coffee only was $25
