Great location, the gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was very helpful and a great young man. The property is currently under construction, which we knew, still was a great stay. The pool could have been cleaner but there are a lot of trees around that I think effect this. Parking was easy and overall was a nice stay.

Room was large and appointed well enough . Stocked well with body washes and lotions and beds were comfortable . View from balcony is nice of the lighthouse . The location is very close and an easy walk to the village for restaurants and shopping or just to go to tne pier to watch container ships come and go .

Despite the construction, I had a nice room with a balcony, that if I peered across the horizon, I could see the Atlantic Ocean. Except when going to Jekyll Island, I basically parked my vehicle, and walked around all weekend.

The staff was wonderful! Robert made you feel like family. It was clean and a little outdated but they are under major renovations so next year it will be even better. The coffee was amazing and serve yourself any time of day with a machine that made lattes, cappuccinos, etc. Just a short walk to the beach and the pier village restaurants and shops. Very affordable.

The hotel is getting a complete renovation. It will be a very nice place when completed. If Their continental breakfast needs more options. Their housekeeper worked very hard when asked for service. Unfortunately only one person. The hotel location is ideal for walking to restaurants and beaches. Covered parking was a plus. It suited our needs.

They are currently having some construction going on at the hotel. But the noise was never an issue. The location of the hotel cannot be beat! You can definitely tell that this hotel is not new, a bit outdated, and i'm a little rough around the edges.But perfect for a weekend getaway. Plenty of things to do without ever having to get back in your car, the lighthouse is across the street, stores, restaurants and bars all within walking distance.
