I don’t even know how this hotel got so high rate of customers satisfaction. Room was smells of weed. Front desk manager refused to work with me properly. She gave me another room and it’s looks like she did a huge favor to me. Another room has blood stains on the walls and it smelled old, dirty clothes. It was not a good idea to stay there. My reservation has no option for cancel, so I lost $100. Never again with this place.

Property was easy to get to. Restraunt was easy to walk to. Shopping area close drive able. Room was very clean and nice. Didn't like that elevator was broken. Had to use stairs to get to room on second floor. Walking up the stairs the carpet had big soiled dirt spots on carpet stairs.

Never again...!!

Our door looked like it was kicked in one to many times. There was dirt or sand all over the floor and in the beds. The fridge didnt work. Outlets need to be replaced. The sink overflows. My husband found and killed a cockroach. The list goes on! Thank God we only had to stay one night. Never again!

Very clean room and property grounds. The nearby bar had music that was loud but the noise was quieted just as we went to bed. We got a pretty good sleep and the Continental breakfast was neat and orderly.

This hotel was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had staying at a hotel. The exterior is beyond horrendous. The windows were boarded up with plywood and the overhang was ripped and tattered. The carpet was stained all throughout, the shower had a pink ring around the drain and the sheets were filthy. This place needs to be shut down.

Quality Inn needs a facelift and freshen rooms with new clean bedside lamps and fresh paint. Walls were "dinged" A little uncomfortable and sketchy with the outside entries to the rooms.
