Well I had problem after problem, the first night I had no issues second night I went to the new room and the blinds were broken with no curtains(no curtains in most rooms ) so the light was just glaring through all the cracks so I asked to switch rooms. Everything was fine till the battery in the door scanner died and me and my 10year old autistic son were locked out of our room from 11ish till 12ish cant remember how long. My 3rd night was the worst it was bright first thing in the morning and the night we checked in they never changed the old pillow cases one pillow was covered in urine stains and had a HUGE dead ant in it the other one had other people's hair on it.I only found this because they had no pillows to give to my son to sleep on the pull out couch(which looked so gross) it also had no sheets in the room for it the nice clerk went and looked for some meanwhile I was going to use those two pillows for my son. Obviously i didn't.I paid 292 for one night in that room and thats what I got. Also in that same room there was a decorative toothbrush holder that people hand been using because it had green and black mold and hair plastered into the inside of it. I dont ever use those type of things but if its in the room it should be cleaned. I was told I would get some sort of compensation for all the troubles and that the manager would call me. That never happened and I paid full price for all those nights. The pool and staff were nice but still alot to deal with.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The room was nice but the bathroom fixture needed a good cleaning. It was lime build up all around the faucet. The decor on the walls had not been dusted in a while. The trim paint on the baseboard in the bathroom needed to be repainted. The breakfast was good but nothing hot. Bagels, pastries, muffins, cereal and toast. The pool needed some work as well. Overall it was a nice place but could use a little TLC.
We loved room 116! The staff are super friendly and everything is so clean.

I like the area around this hotel. It's so nice to walk everywhere.
The hotel needs major update. The room painted in dark burgundy color. And someone did a very sloppy job. I prefer a shower, so got room with shower option. There is no one shelf inside the shower cabin!??? I had to put shampoo, conditioner and shower jel on the floor. There is no place in the room to put wet swimming suit to dry after beach. It is no shelf or hooks beside the door to put hats or jackets. Not enough seating options. I loved the area, not so much hotel. And the cleanliness: our headboard was upholstered with plaid black and white fabric. There are 2 big yellow stains on it , the white fitted sheet had 2 yellow stains... the bathroom floor was done poorly: cracks in the corners, glue stains on the tiles makes you think it's dirty. The faucet handle for hot water was broken.
Breakfast was mediocre, nothing to feel yourself spesial.
Power was out for over 2 hours, which I understand. However, no one knew how to reset the elevator and the stairwell had NO lighting. At 2:15 AM some other guests had an argument/confrontation in the hallway with a lot of yelling and cursing. Front desk had a very hard time resolving the issue. A call to law enforcement would have solved it. Pillow was like a hard log. Toilet had hair on it. Shower was a walk in with no place to put toiletries or soap: you had to lay everything on the shower floor. Also no place to hang your towel, so you had to step from the shower soaking wet and cross the 7 ft to the other side of the bathroom for a towel. We stayed in room 209. Since this is the 2nd time we’ve had issues with excessive noise, I don’t think we will return.
It was a great room, very convenient to shops and restaurants- I just has no idea fireworks would cause such a problem finding a parking place, as it was evident that the hotel parking was being used by people going to watch the fireworks (4th of July). Then, the next night, off and on, from 10:30-1:30, more and more fireworks!!
I learned my lesson
