This was a beautiful location with easy access to the beach. The room and bathroom was big. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. The property was very well maintained. The pool was not open due to the weather but nevertheless was very well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Jessica. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The rooms smelled like animals and urine which makes sense because it's animal friendly, so that was understandable; however, the excess of mold on the shower was something I could NOT get over. I am not a huge complainer, but I felt like I was actually going to get sick. They said they were fully booked, so there was nothing they could do, but the manager called again later and said she would be able to change our room! Very thankful. However, the one staff member who walked us to our room was unprofessional and was on the phone (personal call) the entire time - she barely acknowledged us besides acting and treating us like we were burdening her. The second room was much bigger and had way less mold!! The location was fantastic and truly walkable to the beach (less than 5 minutes). Staff after the first night was very friendly.

The room was clean and large. We had the two bedroom suite, which worked out very well as a hub for our family staying in another room. We were able to easily make and serve meals in our room, which was very helpful. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay at this location again!

It was comfortable. Room was not perfect but very acceptable and having the mini suite was very nice for space. The breakfast was good with only one issue that should be looked at. The eggs and sausage or other food was not hot, it was just warm. Correcting this would get an excellent rating. Every employee was very pleasant and accommodating, always speaking to you and asking if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.
