The room was very comfortable with a nice, big television. The staff was very kind and personable. We loved the older maid that offered us muffins and other pastries before she took them back into the kitchen. The breakfast was amazingly good. We will stay again on our way to Florida.

The person at the Check-in Desk, (i.e. Mr. Gary) Was Totally Rude, My wife ans I were traveling to Fl, and made a reservation to the Sleep Inn, Brunswick, GA. When we arrived, the clerk was on the computer. He didn't look up until I told him we had a reservation, at which I said mu name. He checked the computer, sill No conversation and handed the Key card envelope. My wife Joked about Mr. Personality. As we were bringing in our bag, he was walking away from the desk, I said excuse me, he didn't stop, so I said it a little louder, he stopped and I said you didn't give us the room number. He look rather annoyed and said it's on the envelope, I looked and there was nothing written on the card. He Abruptly said "Turn it Over". On the other side, there were 3 Red Marker Lines, but nothing written in the space provided. I was confused as I looked, and said "Is This the Room Number, one eleven? At which time he nodded and walked off. As we tried to check-out the next morning, there was no-one at the front deck. The doors on either side were open, so I said "Hello", No Response, I waited a few seconds and said a little Louder, "Hello" again, No Response. A woman in the breakfast room called over and said Tap the Bell. The Bell was behind a stand up sign, I tapped it, No Response, We waited, and then Tapped it Again. After a minute or so Mr. Gary came out of the door and handed me a sheet of paper with the check-out info. He never said a word and retreated back into the office. Sad!

I love staying here I stay 2 to 3 times a month while visiting with family. The staff is always nice,The rooms are very clean. My favorite thong they do of all is when I get room service everything gets replaced fresh and new yes your sheets included. Everything you need is in walking distance as well in this location

Good night's sleep!

When we checked in, we were exhausted from driving all day. The Front Desk was quick, kind and funny. Room was spotless. Bed was comfy, pillows were like clouds. Breakfast was plentiful. Everyone said GM. Would definitely stay again.

Tired

I usually stay at this hotel about 10-12 times a week. It’s hit or miss as to the comfort of the mattress. It was the most uncomfortable one this week. The internet and video streaming is very spotty this week. That is common. I actually have had to use the hotspot on my phone to watch movies the last two weeks here. The breakfast is usually good. The desk staff is excellent and polite. I’m not sure if I’m going to continue staying here to save $10 a night. They should invest in an upgraded internet connection and new mattresses.
