Excellent brand new hotel
An excellent brand-new hotel very close to the airport. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, good shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is good with a good selection available. The hotel does not have a restaurant so no dinner available but there is an HIE a two-minute walk away with a small menu. Only downside was the rooms were very hot and we were unable to turn down the temperature and we were not allowed to open the window.

The building was very new, just opened, but our room was not fully ready for occupancy. There was a very nice coffee maker but no coffee. I had to request soap and shampoo for the bathroom. The shower design is awful and water spreads out beyond the curtain on the tile floor. Staff members were excellent and very responsive to needs.

I stayed at the hotel , the first day was good , we stayed three nights , the two other nights no one cleaned the room , changed towels , the third morning breakfast was very bad the tender was not nice to guests , as if they were offering breakfast for free , in fact they were charging 21 Euros per person , most of food stuff were finished before 09:00 am and it was very difficult to ask for missing food stuff .

There's nothing convenient for food near there except the hotel beside of it. The breakfast was extremely high at €21 there was no phone and the AC did not cut on.

Room size is decent. Kitchenette with sufficient of pits, pans and cutlery. Main bed, sofa bed and additional single bed were all comfortable. Only downside is locked windows, creating problem with ventilation. Hotel had only 1 key across all rooms for opening the window. We couldnt have our windows opened for 2 days as some customer forgot to return the single key at desk.

Brand new Hotel- staff great but never again
I chose this hotel due to proximity to business meeting. The young guy on reception was excellent! It's just. Shame that all the managers were either not there or over in the adjacent Holiday Inn Express, both hotels having kits opened 3 weeks prior! Parking is €21 Euros. Given the fire service stopped all vehicles from getting the hotel I could not return after I had paid and left tk find food. Food is not served in an eve. You go to the HIX, but their menu is limited and not 24/7. I had a bag of potato chips/ crisps and a beer for mg evening meal. The hotel also only has 3 irons for the whole hotel! Ordinarily found in the laundry room. Brand new with many tumble dryers. But if guests take one of 3 irons to their room you can't use one! The HIX also had the same problem! I asked the front desk to ask. So in reality, while a good location, brand new hotel, it's not ideal for business use. TV great but limited English, so maybe not suitable for international travellers either.

Kind staff, clean & in quiet area, kitchen fully equipped. A bit far from city center of you don't have your owan car & I think nearest bus stop 800 or 700 meters away. But I had my car so the locawas perfect for me as the prices is lower than the center & you can find parking easier than the center.

Property design is very good: small kitchen, good views, great bath. However, no shops are close by, so you can't easily make your own food, for example. Not many services would deliver there, and it's a bit far from Brussels center. As for staff, the manager at the time I was there is a bit cunning. I tried to cancel some days from my reservation online, and Expedia told me they were trying to get in touch with the manager and would get back to me. I provided justification, and the Expedia support team, who were nice, said they would try as fast as they could to sort it out. I eventually met the manager myself, and they said they couldn't do anything from their end and that only Expedia can edit the booking. That is true. They told me they had no issues with the partial cancellation; however, when the Expedia team reached out to them, they refused to give approval for them to edit the booking and do a partial refund. They also had no pressing irons. The manager told me they couldn't find them (two). Maybe customers stole both, which is not their fault, but there are ways to ensure visitors don't steal items or at least know who collected stuff.
