Qualité mauvaise pour le prix
Salle de bains très vielle et moche. Veille Baignoire et rideau de douche. L eau à la douche est brûlante et quelques secondes après elle est gelée. Impossible de se doucher normalement. Petit dej dans le bar du RDC. Très bruyant. Le petit dej est proposé jusqu’à 11h mais à 10h30 il est plus approvisionné. Nous avons attendu les toasts 40 minutes. Petit dej minimaliste. La réception de l hôtel se trouve entre le comptoir du bar et les cuisines. L architecte doit changer de métier. Le personnel est nombreux et sympathique. La literie bonne. les chambres ont besoin d être modernisées.

Anniversary trip
Estrella at the reception desk gave us very helpful recommendations from restaurants to train apps to chocolate stores and was very welcoming and friendly! The other staff were terrific as well and helped us reserve a taxi and get seats for our flights home. The hotel has a wonderful coffee shop in the lobby with nice food options and the location was excellent.

Great location to everything in Brussels. Close to subway station coming off Eurostar train and easy to navigate. The restaurant/ coffee shop downstairs gets very busy.

Fantastic location
Small hotel above a coffee shop. Ideal location with many shops, cafes, restaurants to choose from. The Grand Place is a 5 min walk. We had a view of a church from our window.

It was very pleasant. Nice location and excellent staff. Reception was friendly and very helpfull in indicating and in suggesting main things to do. I found that a frigo is missing, maybe this can be improved in the future
