This property has pleasant aesthetics and was spotlessly clean throughout. The location is very convenient. It is about a 5 minute walk from the central train station. It is also about the same distance to Metro stations as well. It is in a heavily foot-trafficked area, meaning there are lots of tourists around. Although it is in such a busy area, there is absolutely no street noise in the rooms. There are many shops and restaurants close by. However, some are tourist traps. But it is ok because it's convenient. Overall, I would recommend this property for the comfortable interior and the convenience of the location. Staff was great, too.

Location is a few minutes walk from train station. It is very convenient. Concierge staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked a two beds room. Concierge told me they didn’t have it available and put me in a single bed room at the beginning. This surprised me. Eventually she was able to find a two beds room for us.

Great central location

We had an enjoyable stay. Great central location and friendly and efficient reception. Bed was very comfortable and modern bathroom with a powerful shower. Windows were not great at keeping out noise, but not a big issue. Breakfast was fine, but the way it was served wasn't great. There was a choice of two starters, followed by a 'main' (which was largely variations on scrambled eggs - which were tasty and a little bit different. The first morning, we were seated and then our order taken and our 'main' course served when we had finished our starter - as expected. However the next two mornings, we were asked to order before sitting down and then both starter and main were provided within seconds of each other, which meant eating the main before the starter if you didn't want cold eggs. The starters were clearly prepared in advance and stored in a very cold fridge, as these were each time served unpleasantly cold. The food was actually good, but the way it was served could have been much better. This is a small moan and we would still return and recommend the hotel.

Staff was very friendly, location could not be beat! Right next door to the Grand Place. The hotel building did not look historic and the lobby was always busy (there is a cafe on the first floor), but we were able to enjoy a complimentary breakfast each morning. We had a corner room on the 4th floor with a window and door that opened. It was great to take in the air and views! Bathroom was standard and had one sink, but there was enough room for two people. I would stay here again for the location alone!

Short walk to sites and transportation. Only complaint is the shower in our room. Could not regulate temperature. You would get it set and in the space of a few minutes it would go from comfortable to freezing cold to scalding hot. We were constantly hopping and out of the stream.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, lovely shower, comfy bed. Location is perfect for the centre of the touristy area. It was a little bit noisy but it didn’t really bother me. Coffee shop downstairs made one great coffee and one average coffee. I would stay here again

Overall it was great, easy to access, comfy and they are using Rituals brand as shampoo and conditioner. I think if they add body lotion also from rituals that would be great gesture ;) You should try the breakfast also which is at llyod coffee eatery, if you check the ratings of the cafe you will see.

Perfect

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. Everything is literally on your door step. Reception staff were extremely pleasant, the whole hotel was clean and tidy but the best part is the bed. What a treat! Perfect mattress, duvet and pillows with the softest cover. Loved it.
