Nice accom overall but lacklustre
Nice room and bed, quiet and warm. Breakfast was ok, nothing great. Staff were ok on the whole. Bar was empty, including staff til reception got someone to come. 'Private' balcony wasnt, just a walkway. Acceptable overall.

Very bad hotel
We inform us on Thursday that a restaurant will be close on Friday . So We cannot take our breakfast. We told them about it . Them response was: no it was for lunch not for breakfast. We goes to eat outside for 40 €.

We won't stay again. The hotel needs updating. Uncomfortable mattress square pillows which were dreadful. For the money there are much better hotels in Brussels. The breakfast was very poor.

Perfectly reasonable hotel
It is convenient for the south of Brussels. Actually the staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom well-equipped, and I would have felt very positive about it except for two things: the bedroom and bathroom floors were covered with LINOLEUM (who does that???), and the advertised room-service breakfast failed to appear (the card was not collected from the door) - though I think I did much better with the above-average breakfast-buffet.

the double room I booked became a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, balcony and sitting room with kitchenette so it was very comfortable - buffet breakfast had a reasonable choice - outside looks a little dull but warm and welcoming inside

Not far from Brussels city centre or any of the attractions. Room was perfect and the staff pleasant and friendly. Breakfast great but the owners can do with more bar staff at night as one person served the bar and restaurant. Easy to get to from the airport.

It is a clean hotel in a nice location. The room it was clean and tidy, generous space for 2 teenagers and a parent Staff friendly and ready to help the breakfast various.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was also located in a nice neighborhood. In a day and age where people are driving more and more SUVs, though, it would have been helpful to have larger lots in the garage. For someone not used to parking on a postage stamp, it was a real struggle to park well without damaging my own or other vehicles.

Convenient location, reasonable price.
Our room had been renovated fairly recently so was clean, comfortable and functional. Bathroom is extremely small but has efficient over bath shower. Breakfast was plentiful although the breakfast room itself is lugubrious. Reception staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Underground safe parking is a real plus if travelling by car.

A pleasant surprise at a good value
We wanted to spend one day in Brussels but were not looking to spend a lot on hotel as we would check in late afternoon and check out early in the morning. It was a pleasant surprise to find this "Country House" accommodation. The location is good as it is just a few km away from the Brussels city center. The hotel overlooks a small square with trams stopping there with easy access to city center. Our room was typical for a traditional European hotel - small but tidy. But, it was on a higher floor with a balcony overlooking the square. The balcony was a very pleasant find. There is plenty of parking on the streets around the hotel so one can skip the paid parking at the hotel's garage. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in recommending things to see and places to eat. I would recommend this "Country House" to others.
